Training now takes place:
U13s Mondays 6 till 7.30pm continues beginning next season.
Sunday Mornings 10:00 - 12:00(When no match being played).

Latest News

The under 13's will now be training on a Monday night from 6:00 this will be Taken by Gary Hamilton and is an attempt to try and pull the squad together and teach a lot of the core skills of rugby that is needed for the more demanding under 13 game, including scrummaging, player positions etc.
