Developing People and Volunteers

As the start of the season approaches the Junior Section Committee is looking at the further development of the volunteers who support the activities of Bishop Auckland Rugby Club. We are currently looking at the skill levels of the people who support the teams at each age group and how we need to develop their skills further to support the activities of the club going forward.
